Reset the Netflix App. NOTE: Resetting the Netflix app will delete any titles you have downloaded to the device. Select the Windows menu icon from the lower left corner. Use your keyboard to type apps & features. Select Apps & features from the search results. Select Netflix. Select Advanced Options. Select Reset.

Report abuse. This happened to me too, this happened when I switched to using a Microsoft Account. To fix this go to the Store, right-click to get the"home" and"your apps" choices and hit the"your apps" button. From the drop-down menu select"all apps", then mark the Netflix-app (or whichever app you had an issue with), and click install.

Hi thanks for the reply. -My windows 10 is home edition. -Netflix app 6.93.375.0 its up to date by the windows store. -the download arrow is totally missing. -I cant download either movies or series. -Yes is the same account that i use in my tablet and phone. -I havent made any mayor change in my computer, i only update the thing and no more.

Hit Enter. Try launching Netflix to see if it launches. If not... Start by running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Scroll down to the bottom. Click Windows Store Apps. Click Run the troubleshooter. When complete try opening the Store again.

Click your Picture on the upper right corner then select your Microsoft account > Sign-out. Restart your PC then Open Microsoft Store > Sign-in your Microsoft account. Search for Netflix App then click Install. **Reset the Microsoft Store cache. Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

Press Windows Key + R > Type services.msc and press Enter. Scroll down and look for Background Intelligence Transfer. Double-click it and change the startup type to Automatic and click"Start". Go to the “Recovery” tab and Click the First Failure dropdown, then select Restart the Service. Click Apply then OK.
